Sk\u00f6lj citronerna i ljummet vatten. Riv av det yttersta skalet och pressa ut citronsaften. Blanda vitl\u00f6k, chiliflakes, \u00bd dl citronsaft och olja. Skiva halloumin och l\u00e4gg p\u00e5 ett fat. H\u00e4ll marinaden \u00f6ver och l\u00e5t ligga under tiden du g\u00f6r tabbouleh.<\/li>\n<li>Tabbouleh: Koka bulgur- och quinoablandningen enligt anvisningarna p\u00e5 f\u00f6rpackningen. L\u00e5t kallna. Skala och finstrimla l\u00f6ken. L\u00e4gg den i kallt vatten f\u00f6r att mildra smaken.<\/li>\n<li>Repa och finstrimla persilja och mynta. Halvera tomater och jordgubbar.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg bulgur- och quinoablandningen i en sk\u00e5l. Blanda ner r\u00f6dl\u00f6k, skal fr\u00e5n 1 \u00bd citron, 1 dl citronsaft, olja, salt och peppar. Den traditionella Halloumin \u00e4r gjord just p\u00e5 f\u00e5r- och getmj\u00f6lk eftersom inga andra mj\u00f6lkdjur fanns p\u00e5 \u00f6n Cypern.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6rst p\u00e5 1950-talet kom kossorna till \u00f6n och med det \u00f6kade tillg\u00e5ngen p\u00e5 mj\u00f6lk. D\u00e5 b\u00f6rjade man blanda i komj\u00f6lk. (Protected Designation of Origin).<\/p>\n<p>En \u00e4kta Halloumi \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 handgjord och smaksatt med mynta enligt klassiskt cypriotiskt recept. Den karakt\u00e4ristiska formen \u00e4r ett resultat av att osten viks f\u00f6r hand.
