Om du vill g\u00f6ra portionspizzor formar du tv\u00e5 runda degbollar som du l\u00e5ter j\u00e4sa. N\u00e4r pizzadegen j\u00e4ser g\u00f6r du s\u00e5sen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>3. <\/b>Finhacka l\u00f6k och f\u00e4nk\u00e5l och stek i olivolja tills det \u00e4r genomskinligt. Den \u00e5terst\u00e5ende halva f\u00e4nk\u00e5len skivar du tunt med en mandolin eller anv\u00e4nder en osthyvel, och l\u00e4gger allt i iskallt vatten i kylsk\u00e5pet f\u00f6r extra krispighet till topping.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>4. <\/b>R\u00f6r i tomatpur\u00e9, krossade tomater och basilika och l\u00e5t det sjuda ihop i n\u00e5gra minuter. Dela sedan citronen och pressa saften i oljan tillsammans med finhackad vitl\u00f6k och bladpersilja. Smaka av med salt och peppar.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>6. <\/b>Kavla ut degen p\u00e5 ett bakpl\u00e5tspapper och l\u00e4gg den i en l\u00e5ngpanna eller tryck ut portionspizzor. Anv\u00e4nd lite semolinamj\u00f6l p\u00e5 arbetsb\u00e4nken och tryck ut degen i en cirkul\u00e4r r\u00f6relse medan du vrider degen runt.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>7. <\/b>Bred ut s\u00e5sen p\u00e5 pizzan, f\u00f6rdela osten \u00f6ver och baka i ugnen p\u00e5 225 grader i cirka 15 minuter mitt i ugnen.
