Sk\u00e4r i bitar \u00e0 150 gram.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>2.<\/strong> Blanda 1\/2 liter vatten med 1\/2 dl salt och r\u00f6r tills saltet l\u00f6st upp sig helt. L\u00e4gg ner torsken i saltlagen och l\u00e5t ligga d\u00e4r i 20-30 minuter. S\u00e4tt under tiden ugnen p\u00e5 125 grader.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>3.<\/strong> Dela spetsk\u00e5len och stek p\u00e5 h\u00f6g v\u00e4rme i en stekpanna i sm\u00f6r. Pensla mot slutet lite honung och s\u00e4tt spisen p\u00e5 l\u00e5g v\u00e4rme med aluminiumfolie \u00f6ver s\u00e5 att de blir lite mjuka i mitten.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>4.<\/strong> Koka upp gr\u00e4dden (minst 40%) i en kastrull och koka p\u00e5 ganska h\u00f6g v\u00e4rme under omr\u00f6rning tills det blir en kr\u00e4mig och tjock konsistens som dessutom blir lite karamellf\u00e4rgad och doftar som brynt sm\u00f6r. Sen tar du bort fr\u00e5n v\u00e4rmen, \u00e4r den f\u00f6r tjock kan du tills\u00e4tta lite lite gr\u00e4dde, sen en skv\u00e4tt citron och salt efter smak. St\u00e4ll \u00e5t sidan.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>5.<\/strong> Torka av fisken och l\u00e4gg p\u00e5 en ugnspl\u00e5t med lite olja i, l\u00e4gg ner torsken i formen med skinnsidan upp.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>6.<\/strong> Skiva citronen och l\u00e4gg runt torsken. St\u00e4ll in i ugnen cirka 20-25 minuter tills den n\u00e5r en innertemperatur p\u00e5 44-45 grader. Skinnet lossnar d\u00e5 l\u00e4tt, dra av och salta l\u00e4tt. Toppa med lite f\u00e4rskpressad citron.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>7.<\/strong> Under tiden som torsken \u00e4r i ugnen steker du inneh\u00e5llet p\u00e5 chorizon, sj\u00e4lva f\u00e4rsen, krispigt.
