Sk\u00e4r skreien i portionsbitar och str\u00f6 p\u00e5 salt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.<\/strong> Stek skreien snabbt i olivolja i en stekpanna och l\u00e4gg fisken med skinnsidan upp\u00e5t p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t med bakpl\u00e5tspapper. Placera en stektermometer i fisken och ugnsbaka tills den \u00e4r 52 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p><b>S\u00e5s<\/b><\/p>\n<p><strong>1.<\/strong><b> <\/b>Hacka paprika, l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k.
