Den havsodlade atlantlaxen passade emellertid utm\u00e4rkt till sushi med sitt rena och norska ursprung. Det enda problemet var att japanerna inte t\u00e4nkte p\u00e5 den som sushi.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>S\u00e5 hur blev det till slut en s\u00e5 popul\u00e4r japansk r\u00e4tt?<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>\u2013 <\/b>F\u00f6r att \u00e4ndra det satte en grupp norska fiskexport\u00f6rer med stora dr\u00f6mmar ig\u00e5ng en ambiti\u00f6s kampanj. Tack vare en god id\u00e9, ett par galna entrepren\u00f6rer och bra marknadsf\u00f6ring \u00e4r nu den suver\u00e4na atlantlaxen en japansk framg\u00e5ngssaga. Den har rankats som den mest popul\u00e4ra sushiingrediensen i Japan flera \u00e5r i rad.
