N\u00e5gra av de viktigaste orsakerna till det \u00e4r hormonsv\u00e4ngningar, stress och negativa k\u00e4nslor som oro, nedst\u00e4mdhet och depression n\u00e4r man inte f\u00e5r tillr\u00e4ckligt med s\u00f6mn. I genomsnitt beh\u00f6ver kvinnor sova mellan 20\u201330 minuter mer \u00e4n m\u00e4n per natt.<\/p>\n<h2>Visste du att\u2026<\/h2>\n<p>\u2026 forskning visar att kvinnor tenderar att drabbas av s\u00f6mnproblem i h\u00f6gre grad \u00e4n m\u00e4n.
