N\u00e4r n\u00e5gon redan k\u00e4mpar kan det k\u00e4nnas som att man inte f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker tillr\u00e4ckligt, n\u00e4r ungdomen egentligen beh\u00f6ver n\u00e5gon som bekr\u00e4ftar att det \u00e4r sv\u00e5rt och jobbigt. Det v\u00e4cker ocks\u00e5 fr\u00e5gor om pengar, framtid, vem man \u00e4r och varf\u00f6r andra verkar ha kommit l\u00e4ngre. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r kan ett enkelt r\u00e5d hemifr\u00e5n landa i n\u00e5got som redan \u00e4r laddat.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Den stress m\u00e5nga unga k\u00e4nner \u00e4r sammansatt. Det handlar inte bara om jobb, utan om ekonomi, framtid, identitet och j\u00e4mf\u00f6relse med andra. M\u00e5nga unga k\u00e4nner att de hela tiden blir bed\u00f6mda, b\u00e5de av omgivningen och av sig sj\u00e4lva.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e4rf\u00f6r beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r\u00e4ldrar inte sluta dela med sig av egna erfarenheter. Men de beh\u00f6ver markera att erfarenheten \u00e4r just en erfarenhet, inte ett facit.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 S\u00e4g hellre \u201ds\u00e5 h\u00e4r var det f\u00f6r mig\u201d \u00e4n \u201ds\u00e5 h\u00e4r borde du g\u00f6ra\u201d. Det \u00f6ppnar f\u00f6r dialog i st\u00e4llet f\u00f6r att st\u00e4nga den.<\/p>\n<p>Som en av Sveriges st\u00f6rsta ungdomsarbetsgivare m\u00f6ter McDonald\u2019s m\u00e5nga unga n\u00e4r de tar sina f\u00f6rsta steg in p\u00e5 arbetsmarknaden. Men innan n\u00e5gon kommer dit finns ofta samtalen hemma, d\u00e4r unga f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker f\u00f6rst\u00e5 vad som f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntas och f\u00f6r\u00e4ldrar f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker hj\u00e4lpa till p\u00e5 en arbetsmarknad de inte alltid k\u00e4nner igen.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6r\u00e4ldrar kan vara nyfikna p\u00e5 hur ungas verklighet ser ut idag, samtidigt som unga kan ha nytta av vuxnas erfarenheter av ansvar, uth\u00e5llighet och motg\u00e5ngar.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Vuxna beh\u00f6ver se barn och unga som egna kompetenta individer, som kanske inte alls har samma intressen och f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar som de sj\u00e4lva hade. Det g\u00e5r att vara en f\u00f6rebild och v\u00e4gleda utan att komma med pekpinnar.<\/p>\n<p>Det handlar mindre om att skrota gamla r\u00e5d och mer om att \u00f6vers\u00e4tta dem. Att visa framf\u00f6tterna kan idag handla om att f\u00f6rst\u00e5 hur man skriver en ans\u00f6kan, v\u00e5ga fr\u00e5ga n\u00e5gon om r\u00e5d, f\u00f6lja upp utan att tjata och orka s\u00f6ka igen efter ett nej.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 F\u00f6r att \u00f6verbrygga generationsglappet beh\u00f6ver vi sl\u00e4ppa tanken p\u00e5 att den ena sitter p\u00e5 facit. Vuxna beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6rst\u00e5 att dagens samh\u00e4lle ser annorlunda ut, och unga beh\u00f6ver f\u00e5 ta del av vuxnas erfarenheter utan att de blir krav.
